My Plan If Elected:

Complete downtown revitalization initiative & Lakefront projects to improve the entrance/gateway to downtown.
Strengthen code enforcement to hold all property owners accountable for building upkeep and maintenance, which will ultimately improve our neighborhoods.
Endorse the hiring of an economic developer to assist the city in securing Projects that will add to our tax base.
Work on program(s)for affordable housing so that all residents can live comfortably in our neighborhoods.
Work cooperatively with neighboring towns and villages that depend on our services to develop fair financial agreements.
